WOW! What a full first week. I could not be more proud of the way Team Lee has shown up! Your creativity, collaboration, and heart have been on full display. You have supported your learners, partnered with parents, and stepped up for one another. That is what being a TEAM is all about! I also want to celebrate the strong communication already happening with our FamiLEEs. I’m so impressed with how you are using ParentSquare to keep families informed, connected, and engaged. YOU are our greatest ambassadors in the community, and the way you represent Lee matters. Thank you for making us look so good! We have LOVED having classes visit the office this week! It has been such a fun way to connect with your learners, see them in action, and better understand the unique needs of each class. As we wrap up Week 1, remember that I am on YOUR sidelines, too. I am here to support you, cheer you on, and help however I can. I am never too busy for you!!! One week down, TEAM! Have a fabulous Friday and a well-earned, restful weekend. 🏈💙💚 GO TEAM LEE SPURS!
- you need to back up items on your desktop to Google drive, One Drive, or your iCloud? Don't lose important work if your Mac "gets sick."

RESPECT AGREEMENTS
Please have your class Respect Agreements uploaded to the 1st quarter folder by Friday, August 21 by 3:00. The Respect Agreement folder is also linked in Lee Links under the Behavior category.
Our 26/27 MAP schedule is here. Please let Julie and Holly know if you need any assistance.
STAFF MEETING WEDNESDAY
Classroom Teachers: please join us with your Mac in the cafeteria so that we can get everyone access (at once) in HMH version 2. For the remainder of Wednesday's staff meeting, we will give all TIA staff time to complete your final two SLO Modules. Once you have completed all five modules (1–5), please sign off on the blue list outside my office. We will assign the appropriate flex time to everyone who completes the modules, so there is no need for you to submit anything additional in Power School.
LOCKDOWN DRILL
A friendly reminder that when we have lockdown drills that you:- review with your learners what it means to get to the nearest and safest location (that might not be with YOU- that's okay)
- NEVER open the door, even if we ask you
- pull the shades down quickly and get out of sight pronto
- block the door with rolling cabinets if you can
- stay silent
TEACHER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF LEARNER PLANS
An email is forthcoming with directions from Angel.
Did you get a chance to start reaching out and make your happy calls? If you didn't, remember it is an expectation to pick up the phone and call EVERY family. Special Education, LAS, and Specials Team, please make some calls, too. Thank you for depositing in their emotional bank accounts! You may be surprised how much sunshine it brings YOU when you make these calls. Remember to document positive calls in Panorama. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen.
